It is a space invaded by a light which defines and puts a sparkle in volumes. It is simply the proof the energy is more important than materials.
Place of discovery and knowledge. It is conceived as a growing universe.
Its autonomous structure and its mechanics-textiles envelope can be established wherever, without a constraint due to the others buildings and at a lower cost.
